Delivery & Assembly

We are happy to provide all our customers with a very reasonable delivery fee starting at 75 dollars. Our professional staff will inspect all products before delivery and ensure that you are satisfied with the product.

Please be aware that due to the inspection process and demand for deliveries we do our scheduling 5-10 days in advance. We will schedule the delivery and will provide the customer with a two (2) hour time window prior to the delivery date.

Deliveries that are confirmed and subsequently cancelled or postponed within 24 hours will be charged an additional delivery fee.

It is very important that you are at your premises when we arrive in order for us to complete all of our scheduled deliveries for that day.

Delays in delivery for reasons beyond our control are not subject to any refund or price adjustment.

If you chose to pick up your purchase, please call the day before you plan to pick up so we can assure it will be ready for you. We will be happy to assist you with loading the furniture into your vehicle, however we are in no way responsible for tying down or securing your load, we can also not be held responsible for any damages incurred during transportation.

Our main distribution centre is located at 1655 Brigantine Drive in Coquitlam and is available for pick ups 6 days a week from 9:30 am to 5 pm. (other branches may vary)

If at the time of delivery or pick-up you notice any damage defect or deficiency, you MUST document this on the invoice. NOTE: It is your responsibility to note on the invoice any damage or defects with your purchase. If you do not properly report the issue at this time; we will be unable to assist you with later claims. If the delivery personnel have left your premises, you must call the store and report the issue within 24 hours.

Please ensure your purchase will fit into your desired location and have the area ready to receive your delivery. We will not be responsible for costs or returns arising from insufficient space for goods to be delivered.

Due to our limited space, items held in our warehouse for over three (3) months must be paid in full and a storage fee will be applied for all items held longer than six (6) months.
